ZX Spectrum

The ZX Spectrum is a family of 8-bit home computers introduced by Sinclair Research in 1982. Its compact design, rubber keyboard, and color graphics helped make home computing affordable in Britain.

Zilog Z80: An 8-bit microprocessor designed by Zilog, used in many computers and embedded systems. Its Z80A processor executes the Spectrum’s programs and governs its available computing resources.

Jet Set Willy: A 1984 platform game by Matthew Smith, continuing the adventures of Miner Willy. Its sprawling rooms and challenging exploration showed how much a Spectrum game could contain.
