Mongolian People's Republic

The Mongolian People's Republic was a socialist state that existed from 1924 to 1992, aligned closely with the Soviet Union while maintaining formal independence.

Mongolian Revolution of 1921: A revolution that established a Mongolian government with Soviet support and ended Chinese rule in much of Mongolia. It established the political order that became the republic three years later.
