Knowra Petar II Petrović-Njegoš Petar II Petrović-Njegoš Petar II Petrović-Njegoš (1813–1851) was a Montenegrin prince-bishop, ruler, and poet. He strengthened Montenegro’s central institutions and wrote the epic poem The Mountain Wreath.
