Romy Schneider

Romy Schneider (1938–1982) was an Austrian-French actress who became famous as Empress Elisabeth in the Sissi films and later starred in acclaimed French dramas.

Sissi: A 1955 Austrian historical romance film starring Romy Schneider as Empress Elisabeth of Austria. Schneider’s performance made this film the breakthrough of her early career.
