Seven Years' War

A global conflict fought from 1756 to 1763 among major European powers and their empires, spanning Europe, North America, the Caribbean, West Africa, and India.

Diplomatic Revolution: The mid-eighteenth-century reversal of traditional European alliances, especially France's partnership with Austria. It reshaped the alliances that defined the war in Europe.
