Thutmose III

Thutmose III was an 18th-dynasty pharaoh of Egypt who ruled in the 15th century BCE and led campaigns that expanded Egyptian power across the Levant and Nubia.

Battle of Megiddo: A battle fought by Thutmose III against a coalition of Canaanite rulers near Megiddo. His first major campaign culminated in this victory, followed by a lengthy siege of the city.
