Tunku Abdul Rahman

Tunku Abdul Rahman was Malaysia’s first prime minister, leading the country to independence from Britain in 1957 and helping establish the Federation of Malaysia in 1963.

Onn Jaafar: A Malay political leader who founded the United Malays National Organisation and later advocated a multiracial political party. His departure from UMNO opened the party leadership path Tunku Abdul Rahman later took.
