Wallonia
Wallonia is the predominantly French-speaking region of southern Belgium and one of the country’s three federal regions. Its capital is Namur.

German-speaking Community of Belgium: The German-speaking Community is Belgium’s smallest language community, based in nine municipalities in the east of Wallonia. Its territory lies within Wallonia, showing that the region is not exclusively French-speaking.
Walloon Movement: The Walloon Movement is a political and cultural movement advocating recognition, autonomy, or independence for Wallonia. It developed in response to linguistic and economic tensions within Belgium.
